Partial update to get 4.2 running

Updated a lot of backend things. 

This is not the full update I have been cooking, but a lot of it, it gets races functioning on 0.4.2

Move and gene tags, added
Fairy strapon added, place holder ranch included will replace.

Dwarf gene added

Level up bonuses updated

I will be updating again later to add mini boss encounters (one has been added, it may should hurt, don't be rude in the bar)
